DNA & Cancellations

Meredith Clinic requires over 48 hours of notice for cancellations or the rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations will incur a 20% deposit loss. This will not be refunded or transferred to any future appointments. 

If you wish to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour timeframe, we will gladly refund the deposit. Additionally, if you wish to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour timeframe, we will happily move your appointment and transfer the 20% deposit. 

In the event of a missed appointment or failure to notify us of non-attendance, the standard policy for this is for the full fee of your appointment to be paid. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, the treatment will not be able to go ahead and your appointment will need to be re-scheduled. 

If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
